Founded in Ibiza in 2018, Jul’s was born from a love of Mediterranean living—where exceptional food, thoughtful design and genuine hospitality come together naturally.
Since then, the vision has evolved beyond a single destination, inspiring concepts across Europe, including Humain in Athens and Jul’s London. While each has its own identity, all share the same commitment to craftsmanship, seasonality and unforgettable experiences.

At the heart of Jul’s is our organic farm in Ibiza, where seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs are grown with care and respect for the land.
Harvested at their peak and delivered directly to our kitchens, the farm allows us to stay closely connected to the ingredients that define our cuisine and the Mediterranean way of life.
JUL’S ceramics
Every Jul’s ceramic is handcrafted in collaboration with artisan makers, drawing inspiration from the textures, colours and landscapes of the Mediterranean.
Created exclusively for our restaurants, each piece is designed to complement the food it carries—bringing craftsmanship, character and authenticity to every table.
