Jul's London Policies

While we understand that everyone can experience some last minute changes, we kindly ask our guests to give us 24-hours notice in case of a cancellation.

Bookings cancelled within that time frame can be rearranged at the management discretion.

Please note that we require card details for all our reservations as part of our 24-hours cancellation policy with a potential £50pp charge in case of a late cancellation or no show.

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our reservation timings.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your table will be held.

We encourage guests to inform us as soon as possible if they anticipate being late.

If your table is still available upon arrival, the reservation will remain with the original out-by time (unless otherwise agreed).

Guests who do not attend their reservation are subject to a £50 charge per person no-show fee at the discretion of management.

For large groups of up to 10 guests, we kindly ask that menu selections (where applicable), dietary requirements, and final numbers are confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the booking date so we can accommodate accordingly.
Please note that the full number booked may be charged if reductions are not advised within this timeframe.
Groups of 14+ fall under our Private Dining policy and need to refer to their event contract.

To ensure the safety, comfort, and compliance of our venue, the following policy applies to all guests:
